The Federal Correctional Institution, Terminal Island, CA, is soliciting for Food Service Preparation Course. Services shall be performed on a part-time basis, two (2) times a week with two hours and forty five minutes (2 3/4) sessions to complete 450 hours. Contractors will teach approx. 15-20 inmates an 11.5 unit course in Food Preparation. Lab hours will be conducted at the Federal Correctional Institution, Terminal Island Food Service Department until 360 hours have been completed. Books and college registration fee will be included in the contract price. Contract shall be from 01 November 1995, or date of award if later through 30 September 1996.
