The work includes clearing and grubbing, earthwork for structures and pavements, asphalt concrete paving, site utilities, irrigation sprinkler system, landscaping, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, steel decks, cold-formed metal framing, metal fabrication, finish carpentry, insulation, exterior insulation and finish system, preformed metal roofing, flashing and sheet metal, sealants, steel doors and frames, wood doors, aluminum windows, finish hardware, glazing, metal support system, gypsum board, ceramic tile, acoustic treatment, resilient flooring, carpeting, painting, vinyl coated fabric wall covering, metal louvers, signs, fire extinguishers, blinds, HVAC equipment and controls, plumbing, gas lines, fire protection, underground electrical work, interior wiring, interior lighting, exterior lighting, interior fire alarm system, intercommunication system, and incidental related work. -- The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Contract duration is 285 calendar days. The Standard Industrical Code (SIC) is 1542 and the related small business standard is $17,000,000.
