The work includes all supervision, labor, transportation, materials and equipment required to renovate and construct offices Building 66, the work includes demolition of existing ceilings, doors, windows, and selected walls, electrical plumbing and mechanical equipment, installation of new drywall partitions, ceilings, doors, window, casework flooring, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services, and icidental related work. Estimated range is bewtween $250,00 and $500,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1541 and the annual size standard is $17 million. Contract duration period is 120 calendar days. This is an unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law 100-656. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
