The RI Air National Guard has a requirement to Furnish/Install Natural Gas Burners in various buildings located at the RI Air National Guard, Quonset State Airport, N. Kingstown, RI. The work shall include, but not be limited to the following: 1) Removal and legal disposal of existing oil burners including all related equipment and obsolete controls; 2) Installation of new Natural Gas Burners, required controls, appurtenances, and all necessary piping from each meter location to the gas train; 3) Venting to the atmosphere of all gas train vents including normally open vent valves, as per State and Local Regulations;4) Complete replacement of two oil fired furnace/boilers with New Gas fired furnace/boilers. Estimated range of Construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. IFB No. DAHA37-95-B-0007 is expected to be issued o/a 12 Sep 95 with a Bid opening o/a 13 Oct 95.
