34 -- PURCHASE TWO (2) 40' STEEL SELF-SUPPORTING TOWERS SOL wasc-5-2433 POC Randall Brown, 206/526-6226, FAX 206/526-6025 NOAA/WASC Small Purch Branch is seeking sources to supply two(2) ea. 40' steel self-supporting towers equipped with climbing ladder, vertical waveguide support support with attachment hardware for two runs, four (4) lightning rods and EIA tower grounding kit, and ladder climbing safety device with two (2) belts. Tower painted green. Anchor bolts, VHD antenna stand-off, and top-mounted service plateform (MIN. size 12'x13-1/2') must also be included. Contractor must provide tower design drawings certified by engineer registered in state of Alaska, and must also provide installation and foundation drawings for normal soil. Design criteria must be in accordance with ANSI/EIA/TIA-22-E-1991. BASIC WING - 100MPH/115MPH survival. ICE - 1/2 radial with 75% wind. SOIL - normal/site - level.
