The Department of Energy Albuquerque Operations Office (DOE-AL) intends to place a Delivery Order against the GSA Schedule Contract #GSOOK95AGS5609A132-6B with Hewlett-Packard Company, 5201 Tollview Drive, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008 for Hewlett Packard 3000 959KS/200 hardware and system support in order to upgrade the existing Hewlett Packard system as follows:HP 3000 959KS/200 incl. 128 MB ECC Ram, HP 3000 959 ks/200 Server includes two 100 Mhz CPUs and 128 MB ECC memory, S9x9KS SPU WFOS, IMAGE/SQL Series 9x9KS base SPU with MPE/iX, IMAGE/SQL,128-MB ECC High Density Memory Module, 2 GB FWD SCSI-2 Disk Drive,650MB CD-ROM drive, C1064GX System Console - green Screen,Rackmount kit for HP 3000/9000 K-Class,HP 3000 HP-PB SCSI Host Adapter allows connection of up to 7 devices on HP 3000 Series 900 systems to include 1m SCSI cable and SCSI terminator, HP-PB FWD SCSI-2 host adapter includes interface card supporting connection to fast/wide differential SCSI-2 peripheral devices,4 HP-PB slot expansion upgrade add 4 HP-PB slots 2 single-high and 2 double-high making a total of 4 single-high and 4 double-high slots, HP-IB to HP-common SCSI conversion kit includes firmware SCSI interface board and cable, 2GB Fast Wide SCSI Disk Expansion Kit for Series 6000 SCSI Disk Storage Systems with HP S800 (9.04) or S700 (9.05) DTC72MX Communication Server, and SNA Link/iX for MPE/iX systems interface card cable and right-touse license for software to connect Series 900 HP 3000 to IBM host in SNA environment. The upgraded system must be fully compatible with the current operational Hewlett Packard hardware and software. No alternate/substitute system hardware or software will be acceptable. System Support shall include, but not limited to, installation and testing. Delivery destination is the DOE/AL, Kirtland AFB, East, Albuquerque, NM 87116 and is required 100 days after placement of the delivery order. Only those vendors who can furnish the same/similar goods need respond. Though it is the Government's intent to award a Delivery Order against the referenced GSA Schedule Contract for the goods identified, Vendors are welcome to provide information demonstrating that the vendor's goods will meet or exceed the Government's minimum requirements/criteria. Responses must include GSA contract (if applicable), pricing data, delivery, and sufficient technical data to allow evaluation of the goods proposed and should provide information as to whether your organization (together with its affiliate) is a large or small business. The SIC number is 3571 and the size standard is 1000 employees). Based on the responses received, notice is hereby given that the Government may set the procurement aside for small businesses. The Government will evaluate the responses to determine if it is in the Government's best interest to issue a formal solicitation from a total procurement cost standpoint. For purposes of determining total cost of the procurement, the cost to the Government for issuing a formal contract is $500. If no affirmative responses are received, a Delivery Order will be placed with Hewlett Packard Company under the terms and conditions of the GSA Schedule contract without further notice.
