NASA-KSC has a requirement for 6,560 square feet of coated Class 1 Felt Reusable Surface Insulation (FRSI) which is used on the Space Shuttle Orbiter. Incremental deliveries will be authorized, with final delivery required by July 31, 1997. Negotiations are to be conducted with Albany International Research Company (AIR), 777 West Street, P.O. Box 9114, Mansfield, Massachusetts 02048-9114, under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). AIR is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the FRSI (P/N MBO135-056). AIR is the only certified source.
