This program must include maintenance and support of these products. The support must provide 24 hour a day, 7 day a week coverage with a response time of less than 4 hours. The requirement is proposed to be filled under the authority of 40 USC 759 (g), as amended, for sole source procurement with Novell, Inc. Firms that can provide the required service are encouraged to identify themselves to the Contracting Officer and provide supporting evidence which will permit their participation in the Request for Quotation.
