include six inspections and six interim calls, plus expendable parts.
The Bell & Howell equipment to be maintained: (1) Envelope stuffing
machine, model A-340-C8, (2) Inserter with folder, model CEXP-4-PMPM,
(3) Inserter with folder, model CE4P-6PMPM with portable inserter
station, Model PF100, (4) inserter with expediter, model CEXP-4PMPH,
A340-C4, (5) Baumfolder with vacuum conveyor belt, series 418B, model
2, (6) Inserter, model CE4P-4PMP, with portable insert station, model
PF100, (7) Baumfolder, model PF-1722, and (8) Inserter, model A259-1
C4. Bell & Howell is the manufacturer of this equipment and the only
known source. Firms responding must provide written evidence of 3rd
party agreements from the manufacturer that quarantees parts
availability, and evidence that affirms the experience and capability
exists to provide the required maintenance. This notice of intent is
