Proposed procurement of Janitorial, Pest Control and Minor Maintenance Services for the J. Strom Thurmond Project Powerplant located near Clarks Hill, South Carolina, and the New Savannah Bluff Lock and Dam, located near Augusta, Georgia. Work to be performed shall include janitorial cleaning and policing grounds, maintenance, pest control, vegetation removal, turbine pits, galleries, drainage gutters and sumps. It is estimated that the solicitation will be issued on 15 September 1995. Award will be for a one-year indefinite delivery-type contract with the option to extend the contract for two one-year periods. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $12 million.
