Solicitation will be issued on 9/15/95. The schedule covers a ``cost-per-use'' arrangement. The Government pays a fee per test which covers use of equipment, reagents, supplies, maintenance, and all consumables required to operate the equipment. The Government will consider ``state-of-the-art'' remanufactured equipment. The schedule covers 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Resultant multiple awards will be fixed price with Economic Adjustment Provision Indefinite Quantity contracts. The contract performance period will be April 1, 1996, or date of award, whichever is later, through September 30, 1999. There will be one more open season issued approximately Jan 97.
