This is a notice of intent to purchase 4,200 each printer ribbons using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The ribbon, Genicom printer ribbon, part number 44A504287-G19, for use on Genicom printer, model number 3024. The ribbons shall be delivered to the Agency warehouse located in Granite City, Illinois 62040 within 45 calendar days after award is made. Delivery shall be F.O.B. destination. This requirement is for brand name only; offers submitted for an equal product will not be considered. When submitting an offer all offerors shall submit a statement acknowledging that it is understood this requirement is for Genicom brand only printer ribbons and that only genuine Genicom brand ribbons will be provided. Requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer to be considered. Small business standard for SIC code 5112 is 100 employees or less.
