Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Kastle Systems, Inc. for security system maintenance and monitoring services to ensure continued operations of the existing security system as installed within the building perimeter and leased spaces of the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) located at 500 E Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20436. Kastle Systems, Inc. shall maintain and monitor the security system in accordance with building code and USITC requirements. Due to the proprietary nature of the security system no other known source is capable of satisfying the existing requirements. Oral communication is not acceptable.
