This procurement provides for failure verification, repair and recertification of MITA-5 GYROS in support of the TRIDENT II MK-6 Guidance System for FY 96 with options for FY 97 and FY 98. These repairs will be procured from Kearfott Guidance and Navigation Corporation, 150 Totowa Road, Wayne, New Jersey, the designer and manufacturer of these GYROS and the only company with the unique capability to repair them.
