Concerns having expertise and ability to provide full and preventive maintenance for fire alarm and security alarm system(s) throughout this medical center, seven days per week, 24 hours per day, with 3 hour emergency response time, and having access to genuine or compatible Simplex parts, are requested to submit written notification to the POC. Majority of system is Simplex and consists of Simplex 2120 Multiplex CPU, bells, audio/visual units, pull stations, annunciator panels, door openers, flow & tamper switches, etc., with a Ferriday system in 1 bldg. This is not a formal solicitation but will be the only official notice of the solicitation. Responding concerns must submit documentation of training, access to parts, capability to respond timely and overall expertise with request for solicitation. Solicitation available 8/29/95.
