The U.S. Army is seeking sources for Long Term Logistic support for Northern Telecom (NTI) Electronic Digital Switch (EDS) systems installed worldwide. The EDS systems include NTI Models SL-100, SL-1 and DMS-100s, Other Vendor Telephone Management Systems, Operations and Maintenance systems, Dial Assistance Management Systems, ISDN Applications, and peripherals. Equipment is located in Korea, Japan, Europe, Southwest Asia, Central America and the United States. Offerors must be NTI Distributors. Services include: Depot level Support; Short and Long Term Field Service Support as well as Emergency Field Service Support 24 hrs a day 7 days a week including holidays; Software Support; Software Upgrades; System Enhancements (hardware and software); features additions; Remote Diagnostics; Taining; Technical Data; and Extended Service Plan.
