Starcam nuclear medicine equipment during period approx. 11/95 through 9/96 plus 2 option years. Equipment includes G.E. Starcam 400 AC/T crystal system and G.E. Starport 500A whole body scanner, and the G.E. Optima system. Contract will require all labor, parts, and travel for regularly scheduled preventive maintenance and for unlimited emergency service Monday thru Friday with 24-hour on-site response time. Award of contract is subject to availability of funds. Qualifications include extensive experience in satisfactorily maintaining the equipment with proven ability to provide remedial service within specified response time. Evaluation criteria are based on company experience and demonstrated capability, personnel qualifications, understanding of and approach to problem, and price.
