Five (5) contracts covering several areas are required to provide closing services for single family properties under the jurisdiction of the Little Rock, Arkansas Office of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The areas with their respective counties are as follows: Area 1--Faulkner, Lonoke, Prairie, Pulaski, and Saline; Area 5--Conway, Johnson, Perry, Pope, Van Buren and Yell; Area 6--Baxter, Benton, Boone, Carroll, Madison, Marion, Newton, Searcy and Washington; Area 7--Clay, Cleburne, Craighead, Fulton, Greene, Independence, Izard, Jackson, Lawrence, Mississippi, Poinsett, Randolph, Sharp, Stone and White; and Area 8--Crittenden, Cross, Lee, Monroe, Phillips, St. Francis, and Woodruff. All contracts will be issued for a basic contract period of one year with two (2) one year option periods. All responsible sources may request a solicitation by letter directed to the above address. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. The solicitation will be issued on or about September 18, 1995. Response to the solictation will be due approximately October 18, 1995.
