The U.S. Department of Energy is pleased to announce that the following contracting activities have been certified interim FACNET: Western Area Power Administration, Pittsburgh Energy Technology Center, Southwestern Area Power Administration and the Ohio Field Office. After September 30, 1996, it will be a requirement that all responses to solicitations to the above contracting offices must be submitted through FACNET, unless otherwise authorized.
