This project will consist of but not be limited to collecting, transporting, and emptying refuse at the Andersen AFB Landfill. The period of performance will consist of a basic period of 12 months, to include 4 each one year option periods. This is a first time acquisition at Andersen AFB, with no incumbent contractor. This acquisition is subject to a Cost Comparison under OMB Circular A-76, and will not result in a contract award if government performance is deemed more advantageous.
