The work under this contract will be general architectural repairs/refurbishment to Holleder Sports Center, such as painting of basketball and hockey arena, replacement of window glaze/hardwares, acoustic insulations to mechanical equipment, finish carpentry, and construction of a new ticket booth. There is also exterior masonry cleaning and aluminum siding repairs. The magnitude of the project is approximately $500,000 to $1,000,000.
