Extension of the San Antonio GMF Warehouse Dock located at 10410 Perrin Beitel Rd, San Antonio, TX. The expansion of the dock will add approximately 2,000 square feet to the existing dock and will add approximately 11,000 square feet on flat work (concrete paving work). Additionally, provide a handicap ramp with parking spaces at the Northeast corner of the GMF Warehouse adjacent to the dock. Provide two (2) dock leverers and new dock bumpers along the new dock area/east elevation. Handicap requirements/specifications will be provided for the handicap ramp and parking spaces. Also construct new dock roof/canopy over the newly expanded dock. Construct new openings as per specifications and drawings. Estimated construction time is 56 calendar days. All offerors must submit a 20% proposal bond with their offer. The contractor shall subcontract with minority business firms in an amount aggregating not less than 10% of the total value of the subcontracts. The successful contractor will be required to provide 100% performance and 50% payment bonds within 48 hours after notification of award. Offers will be received in this office prior to but not later than 11:00 AM hours on September 03, 1995.
