The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure under other than full and open competition basis a Impulse Recording Systesm, from Westlake Systems, Westlake Village, CA for compatibility requirements with the Tektronix RTD 720A. The Impulse Recording System, Westlake Systems P/N RDR4200/RM, one (1) each, shall meet the following characteristics: Full compatibility with Tektronix RTD 720A digitizer, shall control the RTD720 digitizer and have the ability to display, record, and play back the information which the RTD720 has digitized, include two, 1 Gbyte fixed internal storage (SCSI preferred), Connections: IRIG-B, GPIB, DRV-11, and SCSI-II, have the ability to link a system controller for high speed capture and analysis of extremely fast RF waveforms from the RTD720, shall be able to transfer RF waveforms, time stamped with IRIG-B, for storage for later evaluation, shall provide two display windows (minimum), one window displays the entire capture record, and the other displays the zoomed portion of the same records.
