89 -- FROZEN COFFEE CONCENTRATE SOL RFQ 645-06-96 DUE 091995 POC Contact Point, Marian Ropelewski, (412)365-5455, Contracting Officer, Marian Ropelewski, (412)365-5455 Requirement to furnish decaffeinated frozen coffee concentrate at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 7180 Highland Drive, Pgh., PA 15206 for a period of one year (October 1, 1995 to September 30, 1996). Vendor is to provide, install, and maintain at no charge two dispensers for use with the coffee. This is a small business set-aside procurement. Coffee samples will be required and will be judged for acceptability by a taste-test panel. Award will be based on both acceptability of coffee and price. Anticipated award date is within 22 days, subject to availability of Fiscal Year 1996 funds. Offerors must respond to a written RFQ. Estimated issue date of RFQ is September 1, 1995.
