The services will be provided to contractor employees at various nationwide DOE sites; including approximately fifty-two (52) Management and Operating (M&O) contract sites. This acquisition is unrestricted. The term of the contract will be for sixty (60) months. This is an all or nothing acquisition, firms must provide the same services at each M&O site. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Delivery Order type contract is contemplated. Pricing will be based on a fixed price (per employee) basis but will include some additional ancillary support services which will be priced on a time and materials basis.
