ADVANCE PLANNING BRIEFING FOR INDUSTRY The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) is sponsoring a Level II Advance Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) to be held on October 11-12, 1995 at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel and Conference Center, Eatontown, New Jersey. The subject for this briefing will be ``Focusing Independent Research and Development Technology''. This symposium is designed to provide Industry with a thorough understanding of our major technology programs and needs to facilitate the integration and focus of Industry's Independent Research and Development (IR&D).
