This requirement is for leasing of one (1) 40,000 Tubular Nitrogen Trailer with a regulator that will supply 2000 psi at source. Regulator will verify the amount of product in nitrogen trailer. Once the nitrogen trailer is below a predetermine pressure then the nitrogen trailer can no longer provide 2000 psi as required. Once a year the nitrogen trailer shall be picked up by the contractor and recharged to original 40,000 cu ft. The decision for pick up shall be determined by the motor test branch personnel. Material to be shipped to the Receiving Officer, Naval Surface Warfare Center, 101 Strauss Avenue, Indian Head, Md. 20640-5035. Delivery is to start 1 February 1996 through 31 January 1997 with options for four (4) years. Contract action will be 100% Small Business Set Aside.
