The basic year will consist of a maximum contract value of $350,000 and a minimum guarantee of $100,000. The maximum contract amount for each of the option years is $350,000 and minimum guarantee is $3,500 each. The required amount of stone is est. to be in the range of 8,000 cy to 52,000 cy. The stone shall be delivered by barges. The depth of water at the placement location may range from 20 ft. to 95 ft. The Contractor will be required to conduct hydrographic surveying to verify proper placement. Estimated Value - $250,000 to $500,000. Solicitation to be issued o/a 5 Sep 95, and may be obtained by submitting a check payable to the U.S. Army Engineer District, Louisville, in the amount of $13.00 for Specifications Only.
