The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Albuquerque Area Office, has a requirement for installation and repair of boiler system at Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute. The contractor shall furnish and install fuel burning systems in full accordance with the requirements of the state and local codes, the local gas utility and in accordance with Industrial Risk Insurers (IRI) requirements. Furnish and install 3 gas burners each having a rated capacity to burn 8400 MBh of 1000 BTU per cu. ft. of natural gas at a pressure of 14 inches of water column at inlet to the burner gas control train. The estimated price range is between $25,000 to $100,000. This procurement is being issued under the full and open competition requirements as promulgated under 48 FAR Subpart 6.1.
