Sikorsky Aircraft Division is the sole developer and manufacturer of the VH-3D and the VH-60N helicopters and is the only firm known with the highly specialized expertise and adequate technical data needed to conduct the effort described above. - NAVAIR Synopsis No. 50132-95.
