Coast Guard (USCG) intends to acquire an upgrade of a Sequent mini computer (S2000/450) to operate as the development and backup suite for the Law Enforcement Information System (LEIS). This upgrade is necessary to obtain sufficient memory and disk capacity to enable the Sequent S2000/450 to run on a 24-hour basis in emergency situations as the primary operational suite. This acquisition is for the following specific Sequent make and model items: (1) 192 MB Memory Expansion Board, (1) 64 MB Memory Controller, (1) 12-slot, 3.5'' PBAY, (1) QCW-CTLR-07 Wide SCSI Controller, (1) CBL-0750-QP 7.5M Cable, (4) 4.5GB Disk Drive for EXP-PBAY-03 and (2) DSK-LPTP-01 Layrd product for disk, (2) TPU-4MM1-02 4mm DAT Tape Drive and TPU-4MTP-21 Layered product for DDS-2, (4) PRO-0085-00 Dual 50Mhz 60486 CPU and corresponding System Installation, (1) SVM-1002-30 Sequent Volume Manager for /4x0.
