The Federal Aviation Administration issued two (2) CBD announcements for Bulk Detection and/or Dectection System Enhancement. The announcements appeared in the Commerce Business Daily on 4/4/95 and 7/27/95. Each CBD announcement was for the same exact requirement. The purpose of this announcement is to clarify the closing date for receipt of proposals. As stated in the Broad Agency Announcement, proposals will only be accepted for review if they are received by the Government no later than twelve (12) months from the date the BAA appears in the CBD. For clarification purposes, the closing date for receipt of proposals is 4/4/96, not 7/27/96. Therefore, proposals may be accepted for review up to 4/4/96 for this requirement.
