A -- MAINTENANCE OF AUTOMATED ROUTING AND MAINTENANCE SYSTEM (ARMS) SOFTWARE SOL N/A/ POC Michael Jackson, Negotiator, (703) 325-9211, Edward Archer, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-5028. The proposed work is a modification of the Maintenance of Automated Routing and Maintenance System (ARMS) Software contract, DNA001-91-C-0026. This is a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Level-of-Effort (CPFF/LOE) contract where the number of hours are being increased. The contemplated period of performance is 12 months. The Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) plans to award a sole source contract modification to GDE Systems, Inc., Post Office Box 509008, San Diego, CA 92150-9008, under DNA contract DNA001-91-C-0026. DNA believes that GDE is the only source possessing the existing RDT&E expertise to adapt this specific requirement to meet this program requirement within the time required by DNA and available funding.
