ROME LABORATORY'S 96.1 DRAFT SBIR TOPICS. Rome Laboratory is pleased to make available its Small Business Innovative Research draft topics for the 96.1 Department of Defense (DOD) Solicitation. The 96.1 solicitation will be released 2 Oct 1995. The purpose of the draft release of these topics is to provide an opportunity for dialog between potential offerors and topic engineers prior to the solicitation release. To expedite delivery, Rome Laboratory has added two additional methods to receive draft topics.
