Contractor will perform a comprehensive wall-to-wall baseline occupational safety and health, industrial hygiene, environmental, radiation, and ADA inspection of The Federal Regional Center located at 800 N. Loop 288, Denton, Texas (approximately 30 miles North of Dallas, Texas). The facility is a concrete hardened underground three-story structure built in the 1960's containing approximately 50,000 square feet. The majority work environment is that of an office setting with approximately (60) personnel. Land ownership is with FEMA. The Occupational safety and health portion of the inspection will include, but is not limited to: compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The industrial hygiene portion of the survey will include, but is not limited to: air quality, radon, asbestos, lead, water quality, confined space entry, etc. to identify possible deficiencies and recommend corrective action(s) required. The radiation portion will include but is not limited to: examination of any radiological materials on-site, storage procedures, accountability, licensing, employee training, etc., to determine compliance with Nuclear Regulatory commission requirements. The environmental and ADA portions will include examination of the facility to determine compliance with EPA and ADA requirements. Contract Period shall be forty-five (45) days. The estimated cost range of this fixed price contract is $25,000 - $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See Numbered Note 1. (241)
