No collect calls will be accepted Notice: Air Force Office of Special Investigations, Bolling AFB, DC is seeking sources to provide software to document crime scenes. Requirements for the software: (1) Capability to operate on a variety of hardware platforms ranging from PCs to large multi-user servers (i.e. Sun sparc 10's). Additionally, capability with a UNIX-based operating system. (2) Capability tZ|customize the selected software used to reflect the unique structure,organization and needs of AFOSI and the USAF. (3) Capability to draw the dimensions of locations where crime scenes occur, ex: offices, flight lines, planes, houses, fields, warehouses, etc. (4) Capability to depict furnishing and/or environments of where crime scenes occur, ex: sofas, chairs, computer equipment, shelving, tables, trees, bushes, parking lots, etc. (5) Capability to use templates of standardized locations where crime scenes occur, ex 2 bedroom apartment, 4 bedroom two story house, office layouts. Additionally, should be able to modify these as necessary. (7) Capability to add documented crime scene to other computer applications like word processing programs and briefing programs. (8) Capability to add body positions and document relative distances to other objects in the crime scene. Additionally, capability to document blood splatters and other indictions of struggle at a crime scene. (9) Capability to show the crime scene via a video presentation.
