Seeking Invitation of sealed Bids for Petroleum Operations to be conducted in Myanmar Onshore (15 Blocks) and Offshore areas (5 Blocks). All interested parties are cordially invited to have discussion on relevant matters regarding the petroleum operations. The General Terms and Conditions are to be along the Standard ``Production Sharing Contracts'' signed between Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise and International Oil Companies. The summary of Terms are enclosed with this document. All enterprises desiring to enter into contract with the Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise must have technical competency for carrying out both petroleum exploration and development works. Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise will show the representative Data for each Block as overview at no cost. Detailed inspection of data will be charged depend upon the amount of data and allowed 6 men 6 hours period for study. The interested parties are required to submit the bids on the basis of Standard PSC Contract issued by Ministry of Energy and the submission of bids must reach Energy Planning Department on or before 20th October 1995.
