The Hazardous Waste Remedial Actions Program (HAZWRAP) of Lockheed Martin Energy Systems, Incorporated, acting under its Prime Contract No. DE-AC05-840R21400 with the United States Department of Energy, wishes to partner with companies that meet the following criteria. The company must: (1) meet the categories of either small business, small disadvantaged business, or 8(a) business; (2) own, operate, and maintain push-style equipment/technology (e.g., percussion-hammer, cone-penetrometer) and provide evidence of demonstrated experience and staff for site characterization including: sampling of soil vapor, groundwater, soils, piezometer and monitoring well installation, and stratigraphic definition using this portable technology; and (3) own, operate, and maintain equipment for conducting field laboratory analysis for volatile organic compounds and other potential site contaminants, and provide evidence of demonstrated experience and associated staff for field laboratory analysis at hazardous waste sites.
