The Contractor shall furnish all tools, labor, equipment, materials and do all things necessary to provide preventive and emergency maintenance/software upgrades and support for an Intergraph Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) System located at Fort Richardson, Alaska, for a one (1) year base period and four (4) one year option periods. The solicitation will also include the ``Option to Extend Services'' clause which permits the Government to extend the contract up to six (6) additional months within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract. The Government intends to negotiate this requirement on a sole-source basis with Intergraph Corporation, Bellevue, Washington. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all offers submitted within forty-five days after the publication date of this notice will be considered.
