Description: Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials and other items and services necessary to perform tightness testing of underground fuel storage tanks and associated pipelines at Malmstrom AFB, missile sites. Testing shall be performed using previously installed probes in accordance with the specifications and all required procedures of the Tracer System employed by Tracer Research Corporation. All tanks shall be noculated a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days prior to taking vapor/water samples. The contractor shall be a tank tester certified by Tracer Research Corporation to perform the Tracer Method of tank-tightness testing. The proposed solicitation is a small business set-aside, with a Standard Industrial Code of 8734. (241)
