The contractor shall dispose of all waste at an EPA, Part B, Permitted Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal Facility, (TSDF), that is capable of accepting bulk construction debris. The debris consists of painted wood ranging from cross-sectional dimensions of 1'' X 4'' to 10'' X 10'' in lenghts of up to 15 feet long. This is not a set aside for small businesses; therefore, all timely quotations will be considered by the agency.
