Z -- SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR KNMD 96-4401, IMPROVE FAMILY HOUSING, PHASE I, HICKAM AFB HAWAII SOL F64605-95-B0034 DUE 100595 POC H'STRELLA A. CROOM, CONTRACTING OFFICER. Work for this project shall include but not be limited to demolition (including asbestos & lead based paint abatement), site preparations, utilities and complete renovation of the exterior and interior of l02 military family housing units with options for additional work including 22 military family housing units at Hickam AFB Hawaii. The results of this effort shall be a complete and ready for occupancy family housing area. The estimated cost of construction will be OVER $10 MILLION DOLLARS. THERE WILL BE A NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE of $165.00 for each solicitation package. Payment by company check or money order made payable to the DFAS-HONOLULU should be sent with a written request to: 15th Contracting Squadron/LGCC (Attn: Ms. Croom), 90 G Street, Bldg 1201, Hickam AFB Hawaii 96853-5230. A solicitation package will be issued on or about 5 September 1995 in accordance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition. All written requests must include the solicitation number, project number and title, company name, address, telephone and fax number and business size. NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms on the island of Oahu, they may be picked up at the issuing office upon payment by company check or money order. Planholders list will not be provided unless requesting in writing. The list will not be faxed. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED.
