The requirement was erroneously synopsized approximately 24 Aug 95 with the identification of Air Handling Unit but description of Sluice Gate. N00406-95-r-4439 is for the procurement of Sluice Gate. Sluice Gate, 72'' x 72'' square opening, cast iron, bronze mounted and suitable for unseating head pressures. Gate Assembly to be furnished with an ''E'' type cast iron wall thimble 18'' in depth and suitable for a 72' square opening and electrical actuator. Gate guides shall be of ASTM A126-42 Class ''B'' Cast Iron, heavily ribbed and designed to withstand a total thrust of a 50 foot head pressure and the wedge action. Sluice gate to be Rodney-Hunt Machine Company Series 120 or equal. Quantity 1 AY. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Delivery Schedule - 60 days after effective date of contract award. FOB Destination- Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA 98314-5000. This requirement is unrestricted. Note 9 applies.
