C -- REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICE Notice is hereby given that the County of Webb is seeking to enter into an engineering service contract with a state-registered engineer. Engineers are to prepare design, topographic, right-of-way and boundary surveys, soils and geotechnical lab procurement, and the preparation of final plans and specifications for the Colonia Larga Vista Wastewater Line Project. All proposals submitted will be evaluated using the Texas Civil Statutes, Professional Services Procurement Act, Article 664-4. Copies of the Proposals may be obtained at the address above. Sealed envelopes must be marked ``Sealed Proposal'' with proposal number on front lower left hand corner of envelope as follows: Proposal #16, Proposals For Engineering Service, Colonia Larga Vista Wastewater Line Project. Proposals can be either hand delivered or mailed to the following locations: Webb County Clerk, Webb County Justice Center, 1110 Victoria St., Suite 201, Laredo, Texas 78040. Proposals must be delivered no later than 2:00 P.M., September 28, 1995, at which time all proposals received will be opened and read to the public. Late proposals will not be considered.
