J -- FULL & PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF DICTAPHONE BRAND DICTATION EQUIPMENT SYSTEM SOL 502-02-96 DUE 091195 POC Contact Point, BERNICE GRIFFIN, (318)473-0010x2240, Contracting Officer, BERNICE GRIFFIN, (318)473-0010x2240 This medical center intends to negotiate with Dictation Systems Inc, 3020 Knight St, Shreveport, LA for full & preventive maintenance on Dictaphone Brand dictation systems throughout this facility. Service shall include all parts, labor, travel, tools, expertise and software upgrades as available with four (4) hour response time. System includes Model 703SR Digital Recorder, console, mics, ports, re-record interface, etc. Unless sources are identified that can meet the requirements herein, a one year contract with four optional one year provisions shall be negotiated with Dictation Systems. Sources shall have factory trained/authorized Dictaphone technicians, 4 hour max response time capability, access to authenic Dictaphone parts/components and software upgrades as available. All responsible sources may submit a request for the solicitation along with documentation of above qualifications. If no responses are submitted by 9/11/95, a sole source negotiation will be conducted with Dictation Systems. Sol available 9/1/95 & must be requested in writing. (0244)
