One PRIMUS PLUS clinic will be located in the Fairfax/Burke, Virginia area and the other in the Woodbridge, Virginia area. The PRIMUS PLUS clinics shall provide comprehensive longitudinal care to registered military beneficiaries of the DeWitt Health Care System. The scope of services shall include all those required to provide a Family Practice/ Primary Care program and care to patients with acute and chronic conditions. A nonpersonal services contract will be awarded for the basic performance period of 1 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97 with four 1-year options.
