Contractor will furnish all materials, equipment, and manpower to operate and maintain a campsite reservation service for single-family camping facilities located at 21 lake projects within the State of Texas. Required services include receiving and booking reservation requests, collecting and processing reservation fees, handling cancellation and refund requests, and transmitting reservation bookings to appropriate lake projects. Contract terms will consist of a one-year base contract period and two one-year renewal options.
