This project consists of providing the labor, equipment, and materials to construct the industrial wastewater processing plant at the Component Refurbishment Facility. The work includes proof rolling existing compacted fill, recompacting unsatisfactory fill for the building and structures, construction of the building, slab, and foundations for all equipment, installation of utilities, including sawcutting, removing and repair of asphalt pavement, fencing and gates. Supporting utilities include extensions of existing potable water, gaseous nitrogen, electric power and telephone conduit. Funding for this project is not currently available.
