Marr, Contracting Officer at 912-267-2303 The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center will issue a RFQ o/a 9/19/95 for an electronic badging system, supplies, installation and training. The system must be a stand-alone, one operator system which produces a minimum of 25 finished, high quality, tamper resistant identification cards per hour. Cards must have a color photo of the bearer and must not require lamination or die cutting. System must include a relational database management application which stores bearer information and the electronic photo image. System must be designed to accommodate future expansion with a higher speed printer, security encryption, integration with Local Area Network datebases, bar codes, large group photos, and technology refreshments. Vendor must be able to provide on-site maintenance and repair service. Simplified acquisition procedures apply. RFQ copies will be provided on a first come-first served basis until depleted.
