The MI Air National Guard intends to procure remedial and preventive maintenance for the Bell and Howell Image Search Plus 4000, supportive hardware, software support and updates. Vendors able to meet these requirements are invited to identify their interest and ability to meet these requirements by submitting a response to include technical capability, pricing data, and other information which shows bona fide ability to meet this requirement within 15 calendar days of this notice. Oral solicitation procedures to be followed, no formal package will be issued. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Office may determine that solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis. If no affirmative responses are received, a contract will be placed with Bell and Howell. (248)
